Service Writer:

We are looking for active individuals to work in our stores. As a Service Writer you will be friendly, energetic and have a sense of humor. You will also be passionate about; serving our guests, our products and work very well as part of a team. Responsibilities will include writing in service, diagnosing issues and working with customers to ensure they have what they need to enjoy their bicycle. Bicycle shop experience required. This position has room for advancement to Service Manager.

Tech Center Mechanic

General responsibilities include assembly, repair, evaluation of incoming repairs and pro bike assembly along with management of the service work and bicycle builds. Dynamic personality, positive attitude, professionalism, willingness to work as a team and a strong desire to provide customers with outstanding service is a must. 

At least two years bicycle shop experienced required. Room to advance.

Hourly compensation based on experience. Previous bicycle shop experience required, some weekend and evening hours required. Full time benefits available – Paid Time Off, Health Insurance, Long Term Disability, Annual Continuing Education Fund

Tech Center Junior Mechanic

General responsibilities include assembly, repair, of bicycles. Willingness to work as a team, learn, have a positive attitude while exhibiting professionalism,

Hourly compensation. Position requires some evening and weekend hours. Position comes with advancement opportunities based on performance. 

Training provided.

Crofton Bike Doctor

Crofton Bike Doctor is centrally located near, Washington DC, Baltimore, MD and Annapolis, MD. About 20 minutes from Annapolis, 30 minutes to Baltimore and 40 minutes to the National Mall in DC.

We are a full service bicycle store, specializing in the sales and service of bicycles. Locally owned and owner operated.

The store is in a large shopping center with national anchors and local businesses. 

You can be at a beach on the Atlantic Ocean in 2.5 to 3 hours. The mountains are about two hours travel time in the other direction. Ski resorts are an hour and 45 minutes away. The Chesapeake Bay is close by and provides plenty of water activities and great views while riding your bike.
