Store Policies

LAYAWAY POLICY: A 20% deposit is required on all layaway items and may not exceed a 90-DAY term, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE after 30-days.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY: All special ordered items are required to be PAID IN FULL upon ordering, returned special orders will receive a store credit. Special Ordered bicycles may not be returned.

SERVICE POLICY: Any bicycles or items left over 30 days without the consent of the Bike Doctor of Crofton will be forfeited. Any repairs not picked up within 2 weeks of completion will be charged a $3.00 per day thereafter in addition to the service charges. Department store bicyles require a 50% deposit on all work that exceeds $20.00

RETURN POLICY: All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by original receipt and intact packaging. Bicycles can only be returned for store credit or exchange. Ridden or damaged bicycles may NOT be returned.
