Currently we are open.
We are super excited to see you and help you but during this unique time; we are operating a little differently for everyone’s health and safety.
1. We are limiting the store to 3 guests at a time.
2.When you arrive please wait at the door until one of us has a chance to welcome you in.
3.When you do enter the store, you will be directed to one of four areas for us to assist you.
4.We will be working alongside you but doing the actual shopping for you. We kindly ask that you do not handle any products. We’re here to help you with that.
5. As before maintaining social distancing remains essential.
We are sanitizing on a regular schedule in the store. Team Members are also sanitizing after customer interactions. For credit card transactions we have a clean pen for each use.

Bicycle Service
We are currently accepting bicycles for service.
1. Curbside drop off is available. Please call us when you reach the store.
2. Curbside pick up when your bike is ready.
3. In-store drop off and pick up.
4. Pick Up and Return to Home Service

Monday – Saturday 10am – 5pm
Sunday 11am – 5pm

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, Bike Doctor is keeping the health and safety of you, our employees, and our respective communities as our primary focus and highest priority.
On Monday, March 23 Governor Larry Hogan issued a directive that all nonessential businesses and companies were to close at 5 pm and remain as such until further notice in order to combat the spread of the coronavirus.
Since we provide transportation products and repair services, bike shops have been classified as essential businesses and will remain open to serve the public.
With that in mind we will be enacting some changes with immediate effect to help keep you and our employees as safe as possible.
- Starting today, March 24th our new hours will be 10am to 5pm Mon – Sat and 11am – 5pm Sun. These reduced hours will continue until further notice.
- In an effort to adhere to the social distancing guidelines recommended by the CDC we will be enforcing a strict limit of no more than 5 customers at a time in the shop.
- Customers may request outside (parking lot) drop off and pick up of their bicycles - both new and/or in for service. In addition, customers may contact us and request that an employee gather certain items for them so they can avoid entering the store altogether. You may also order online for instore pick up.
- We love bikes. We love to talk about them with you and hear your tales, your stories, your adventures, and your aspirations. It’s what motivates us. We love developing friendships with each of you. Its why we are here. And that is what makes this a particularly difficult ask for us. During this pandemic we would ask that you please keep your visits short and focused. Please don’t just come in to talk, or to hang out. Please don’t touch things that you aren’t intending to purchase. This is not our desire, but it is the right thing to do to keep everyone safe and healthy.
